Bacteria and aeration,
matched to your problem
We don’t sell a single product to every site. The right bacteria strain and the right aeration setup depend on what’s actually in your wastewater — that’s the first thing an assessment establishes.

323
Target: mining & manufacturing
Primary action: hydrocarbon digestion
By-products: H₂O + CO₂ only
Bactech 323
Designed for industrial wastewater in mining and manufacturing where hydrocarbon content is the dominant problem.
Chemical agents typically only partially reduce hydrocarbons present in water. The bio-bacteria in Bactech 323 digest hydrocarbons entirely, leaving only H₂O and CO₂ as a by-product — making it one of the most effective and clean solutions available for hydrocarbon-contaminated wastewater.
It’s particularly suited to remote mine sites where treatment needs to work reliably between visits and without specialist staff on site daily to manage it.

362
Target: broad-spectrum high organic load
Format: 250g soluble bags
Safe for fish & aquatic life
Bactech 362
A broad-spectrum bacterial treatment for industrial wastewater with high organic loading — dairy, egg, abattoir, winery and similar streams.
Bactech 362 is a proven, cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution. It will not harm fish or other aquatic life, and comes in 250g soluble bags that dissolve safely on contact with water — which means no costly dosing infrastructure, no handling risk, and easy application by site staff without specialist training.
It’s the product we reach for most commonly across agricultural and food-processing sites where the organic load is high but the waste stream doesn’t carry significant hydrocarbon content.

Andzac
Aerator
Pontoon-mounted
Mobile & energy-efficient
Low maintenance vs. traditional units
Andzac Aerator
A pontoon-mounted aeration unit built for ponds and lagoons where dissolved oxygen is limiting bacterial performance.
Dissolved oxygen is the most common reason bacterial treatment underperforms. When a pond is oxygen-limited, even the right bacteria can’t do the job. The Andzac Aerator addresses this directly — and it does it better than traditional low-speed mechanical aerators on almost every measure that matters to an operator: mobility, energy consumption, maintenance load and cost.
The pontoon-mounted design means it can be repositioned as pond conditions change, and it’s particularly suited to remote mine and agricultural sites where minimising maintenance visits is a priority.
Mount type
Pontoon (repositionable)
vs traditional aerators
More mobile, lower energy, easier to maintain
Best suited to
Remote sites, large ponds, oxygen-limited systems
Why bacteria, not just chemicals
Chemical treatment manages symptoms.
Bacteria digest the cause.
Chemical-only treatment
Often only partially reduces hydrocarbons and organic load. Requires ongoing dosing with no biological capacity built up over time, and can introduce handling and disposal considerations of its own.
Bio-augmentation
Builds a working bacterial population that continues digesting organic load between doses, reduces sludge accumulation as a by-product, and leaves only water and CO₂ once the target compounds are broken down.
